Brand Strategy.

Defining what your brand stands for in relation to the competition and within the market. This is for:

  • New brands that are setting out to define their path

  • Established brands that need to re-define or re-imagine their path

In the instances where the client needs to execute the Brand Strategy, I partner with creative collaborators to deliver things like Brand Messages or Visual Identities. See the Collaborators page for more.

Marketing and Communications Strategy

Determining how you are going to go to market and what you are going to say. Often, the brand has been defined, but clients need assistance with mapping out their marketing plan, channel strategy and the messages they are going to deliver at each touchpoint. I have worked with:

  • International brands who are entering the US for the first time

  • Local brands, who do not have in-house marketing resources

If clients need assistance with delivering creative campaigns, I also partner with creative collaborators to execute campaigns.

Creative Strategy

Translating your business or organizational challenge into a creative opportunity. This type of deliverable is mostly required by advertising agencies, who need help defining a campaign foundation or platform. I have partnered with various creative teams to deliver this. Strategy Workshops

Leading and facilitating strategy workshops to help leadership or marketing teams rethink or reaffirm their core purpose. These are conducted in-person or virtually, depending on the business preference and set-up.
